The Top Employer 2026 in Lithuania certification has been awarded to UAB Juodeliai, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of wooden pallet components. As a member of the TMV Capital group of companies, UAB Juodeliai has received this recognition for the second year in a row in acknowledgment of its consistent efforts to create an inclusive, development-oriented working environment and a strong organisational culture.
