Initiation of Production Equipment Installation Marks Significant Milestone in Construction of Second UAB Juodeliai Production Facility in Marijampolė

The construction of the second UAB Juodeliai production facility in Marijampolė, a prominent European manufacturer of wooden pallet components, is progressing according to the predetermined plan. Installation of wood processing equipment is currently in progress within the newly established production unit of the company.

The profile of this production facility will have some differences compared to the one already operating nearby. The growth of UAB Juodeliai will open up possibilities to expand the product range and incorporate a wider variety of raw materials in the production process.

The total area of the new production facility will be approximately 14,700 square metres. Construction commenced in the third quarter of 2023, and the operational launch is anticipated for the summer of 2024.
