Solid work experience in a managerial position. Experience at a manufacturing company would be considered as an advantage

University degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent education
Ability to prioritize, plan and handle tasks in a high-powered position, diligence and attention to details, good interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and Lithuanian
What will be your job?
Executive management and ensuring smooth operation of the following departments: Human Resources, Administration, Facilities Management, Legal, Internal Control and Lean
Establishing procedures facilitating the management of the departments and mitigating risks
Continuously assessing areas for improvement and implementing new processes and technologies
Coordinating inter-departmental activities and delegating responsibilities to department managers
Providing input for business and strategic planning
Compiling performance reports and reporting to the CEO and board of directors
Leading the employees to encourage maximum performance
