Support activities of the foundation by allocating 2% of your income tax to the foundation

Following are two ways to make a contribution:

  • by allocating up to 2% of the income tax you have paid to the foundation,
  • by signing a support agreement and transferring money directly to the bank account of the foundation.

Pursuant to the Law on Personal Income Tax of the Republic of Lithuania, each taxpayer may at his/her discretion allocate up to 2% of yearly income tax to a non-profit organization that has the status of beneficiary.

An application (form FR0512 02) must be submitted between 1 January this year and 1 May this year to the county branch of the State Tax Inspectorate. For more information, visit the internet site of the State Tax Inspectorate..

The information of the foundation required to complete the form:

  • name of the beneficiary: Labdaros ir paramos fondas Juodeliai & Co (charity and support foundation Juodeliai & Co);
  • registered address: Matulaičių g. 46, Marijampolė, Lithuania;
  • code of the beneficiary: 302469362;
  • bank account: LT 10 7044 0600 0737 4343.

If you are thinking of allocating the support electronically, you should download form FR0512 02 from the electronic declaration system at deklaravimas.vmi.lt. You will need to download a programme (ABBYY eFormFiller 2.5) for filling out documents and to download form FR0512 02. Complete the form and send the file via deklaravimas.vmi.lt.

  • A certificate from the State Enterprise Centre of Registers on granting the status of beneficiary to the charity and support foundation Juodeliai & Co (download);
