UAB Juodeliai traditionally attend KTU Career Days

On 13 March this year, UAB Juodeliai took part in the KTU Career Days held at the student campus of Kaunas University of Technology. The event provided company representatives and students with the opportunity to network. This is the ninth time the event has been held. During the fair, companies had the opportunity to present themselves to potential employees, while students could attend presentations and get advice from potential employers and market leaders, learn what employers expect of employees, and consider their own chances of being employed. The event was attended by over 90 companies; approximately 3,000 students attended to hear about career opportunities.

During KTU Career Days 2013, students also had opportunities to participate in workshops held by companies. Among the topics covered during the workshops were simulated job interviews and advice on CV preparation. Companies also shared their good practices and told students about their particular operation. One of the major novelties at the fair was to achieve the maximum possible number of simultaneous handshakes. Students and company representatives formed a live chain made up of 172 pairs.

UAB Juodeliai representatives were extremely satisfied with their participation in the event, which has become an annual one for the company. It is expected that both companies and students benefited from the meetings. UAB Juodeliai plans to continue the tradition and attend KTU Career Days next year, and is therefore looking forward to new meetings with active enthusiastic students.
